Refund and Returns Policy
What happens if something goes wrong with your order. Last updated 5 November 2026.
Digital products
Downloads cannot be returned, so please check the description before you buy.
If something is wrong
If a product is faulty or not as described, we will fix it, replace it or refund you.
Project work
Refund terms for film, design, web and other services are set out in your quote or agreement.
Digital products
Digital products can be downloaded straight away and cannot be returned. Please check the description, compatibility and any preview before you buy. We do not refund a product simply because you changed your mind after it has been delivered.
When we will help
Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. We will fix it, replace the product or refund you if:
- a file is faulty or will not download
- the product is not as described
- it cannot be made to work with the compatibility we listed
- you were charged more than once for the same order
After a refund
When an order is refunded or cancelled, access to its downloads and any licence keys is removed.
How you are paid back
Refunds go back to the method you paid with, such as your card or Mobile Money account, in the currency you paid in. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or mobile network and our payment provider.
Physical items
If your order includes a physical item, such as an NFC card, check it when it arrives. If it is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can and we will replace it or refund you. Cards printed or programmed with your details cannot be returned for any other reason.
Creative and technology services
Photography, film, design, web development, event and other project work is agreed separately. Deposits, cancellations and refunds for this work follow the terms in your quote or agreement.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the laws of Ghana.
